Haakimun Min Khalkullah – Environmental Ancestry Story Circles Interfaith Iftar

Northern Spark falls during Ramadan, a season of fasting and reflection for Muslims all over the world. We invite you to join us for a community Iftar. Break bread with our Muslim brothers and sisters and enjoy conversation, connection and festive celebration. Our evening together will begin at sunset with a wonderful and poetic call to prayer (Adhan) followed by a storytelling circle going til just before midnight

The Call to Prayer will be followed by a full meal from local, Muslim-owned restaurant Gandhi Mahal. Limited tickets will be available first come, first served. Reserve your ticket today. You are invited to fast in solidarity if you feel so moved.

At 10pm, all are welcome to sample treats from local Muslim-owned restaurant Gandhi Mahal and engage in conversation. Enjoy inspiring words from Muslim religious leaders, and participate in a community art project. We encourage all to come with open hearts and minds.
