Chaos on the Green Line

All aboard! Grab a VR viewer from our kiosk in Little Africa or Rondo (Snelling Ave or Lexington Ave), boot up the free Chaos on the Green Line app (links below), and take a seat on the Green Line — now the world’s first mass transit VR thrill ride! Over the course of two rides, the motion of the train will transport you to a brilliantly imagined world of climate chaos. Not for the faint of heart, you’ll find yourself surrounded by migrating herds of wild animals, and floating above the clouds. Ride at your own risk, hang on tight, and keep valuables safe while viewing. Developed entirely by local producers, animators and technicians, this two-ride experience is a highly experimental proof-of-concept in preparation for an all-out 23-ride VR takeover of the Green Line in 2018—so tweet what you think of it (#GreenLineVR). Could mass transit be the platform that puts our climate priorities back on track? Move and be moved!
